| We have an older 1720 I put Seedstar 2 on with a new harness and most up to date wedgebox. The planter had ss1 with a half width disconnect box. I also put a JD rate controller on to hopefully take the place of the half width disconnect. Was told by the dealer this would work but cannot make this thing turn the drives. Will the rate controller control the two VRD motors? I have been able to make the drives spin using the test on the rate controller, but in the planter screen none of the tests work, and the drives spin about 100 miles per hour in the rate controller test. Any insight is always appreciated. thanks!! | |
