Is anybody planning to chop their cover crop forage or just destroy it. Was planning to chop off the rye for silage and come back in with beans, but it just isn't growing with all the cold temps. The other issue is you forfiet crop insurance if it's not destroyed by May 10th. Do I wait around for it to chop or destroy it? Running low on silage so it would be nice to have if available.
