KS | Do any of you go to any "group" type exercise activities. It seems that women have plenty of opportunities but I never see anything for old fat guys trying to get in better shape. Doc is insisting on some kind of exercise for weight loss. Never an athlete so really not enthused about sport acitivities but it is really hard to get motivated to do any worthwhile exercise on my own.
So is there "Zumba" for us toads????
