Ok, got my DOT Health card, that expired last fall, updated today.
Seems they (Drs office) switched forms and the new card, that you are supposed to carry with you at all times - doesn't fit in the wallet. No way to fold it, except in 4, to fit - so, now it's like an inch thick (slight exaggeration) but would be a 2x2 size. What the heck, can't they make them the size of credit cards or drivers licences card?
 What size is the card you carry or how do you carry your DOT Health Card ?
I'm not sure what to do with it, at this point . . . . .
