North Central Kansas | WIBW in Topeka has this on their facebook page. I am located just below the 8 in the 24.28" NE of Minneapolis. The bad thing is the wind is supposed to be out of the East. my pens are all open to the East. I am going to put up some bales on the East side two high for a windbreak. I hope they are wrong and we get a nice 4" rain out of this storm.
