I guess I don't consider my mineral cheap, it's put together with feeding ddg's in mind, it varies on what they eat approx 3 to 4 ounces. My point on ddg is you can buy 3.5 tons at $320 compared to $1120 for 1 ton of tubs. Since we used to feed all hay in the winter, we switched to corn stalks,ddg's, and hay. Cows have better condition thru winter, calve easier, and repro has improved. Sulfur can be an issue but a couple of #'s a day shouldn't be a problem in your area, look at university Nebraska's beef website, great info on feeding livestock and webinars, would love to see lable on your tubs. I'm located in SW Wisconsin, plenty of plants in WI,IA
