Seneca Castle New York | I was working on an auger last night and a car load of very nice Korean ladies pulls into the driveway and start asking questions about something they saw down the road. My Korean language skills not being what they could be, I couldn't figure out what the were talking about. Finally they mentioned kimchee. I then figured out that they were probably talking about my radishes a mile down the road. I had one in the back of my truck and showed it to them, man were they excited! They said something about not being able to find them in the USA. I told them to take what they wanted and wouldn't take their money. You would have thought I gave them a million dollars. Made my day and theirs. I didn't have the heart to tell them what I grow them for.
Maybe there is a market for tillage radishes at the ethnic market up in the city LOL | |
