Subject: Soybean straw nutrient removal if baled?

WI
Can anyone tell me what the amount of nutrients removed from the field if you bale the straw is? Also what a ballpark cost on putting it back in would be? I had a guy contact me and offer me $80 per ton for bean straw this year, will it be worth it? Beans are about 30" tall with a final stand of around 165,000

Thanks
