Obamacar tax on real estate transaction
Ottawa, Illinois
So if I understand it right, obamacare has a 3.8% tax on all real
estate transactions.
Does this cover inheiritance?
Isnt this going to whack familu farms particularly hard?
What about situations where one son buys out the cyblings. 3.8% is a bit rough.
Whar about 1034exchanges?
Obamacare and dick durbin's socialism sucks.
