I bought a 2004 Case 90XT skid loader ( late serial #) with a bad engine. I'm going back together with it and the machine shop checked out the head and he says the closed seat peressure is 65lbs and thinks it should be higher according to the 4BT specs he has  but no one has any specs to what that particular engine should be. Cummins says the serial # on the engine does them no good because it's in a Case and don't have any info on it and the Case dealers have no specs for the spring that should be in it ( free height, ID, OD, wire diameter) or the open or closed seat pressure. I've talked to several places about it and no one can find Case specs on it. This seems rediculous.

The cummins # I'd like to have specs  on  is 3932453.

Can anyone help out or tell me who I could contact?
