Grande-Pointe..ontario canada | asked mother in law to put out a pail yesterday to catch rainfall totals as i didn't have a "certified" one at her farm,,,the dilema is her pail caught three inches and the neighbours "certified" gauges caught 2,,and i hinted that her pail must be wrong,wife is mad at me for doubting my mother in law\her mom..question is the pail accurate enough,,,pail has about 15 litre capacity ..help....
