Went down to the bins to put a sweep in at daylight this morning, I was hoping to beat the heat.
Got it in and loaded the truck no problem....but when I went back to the electric panel to shut augers off I got stung four times
I pull a wagon behind the truck (it's only 4 miles to elevator) and the little sob's wouldn't let me back near the panel to turn things back on to load wagon.
I went to town and got some RAID.....I was a "Killing Machine"
I loaded some last week, when it was cool, and the bees and me got along fine then. They get in some electric box every year and we never had a problem before.
I remember when I was a kid, dad had some honey bee hives. I know he always said to not mess with them in hot humid weather.....I guess wasps don't like it either.
