Pennyrile, West Ky.

I'm removing the fuel pump on a JD 250 skidloader, ? is are the threads on the pump drive gear retaining nut left or right hand threads, also does anyone know if the threads in the two holes in the gear for the puller are 1/4 coarse, fine or metric,,,,the tech manual mentions a JD special puller but I'll have to make something up....also there is a woodruff key mentioned,,,what are the odds of it falling into the front cover case????? any help appreciated,,,John
