Actually the best beef I have eaten was forage fattened, but an Aryshire Beef. I about died when I realized those people dehorn their aryshires. My Uncle Elden is probably rolling over in his grave.
Grandpa insisted only a beef that had a given name and came when called, tasted the best.
Locally we have a Black Man who insist that Beef Master Animals are superior. He can get away with derogatory remarks about black steers, and does. Drives his fellow TAMU professors up a political correctness wall.
