Subject: 15" rows for corn silage

New Hampshire
How are you guys making out with 15" rows for silage? I plant about 500 acres and have been thinking a lot about it. With 30" rows I usually plant 32,000, this year I tried a 15 acre piece with 15" rows just by planting it twice at 20,000. I've got a kinze 3000 6 row planter, so if I were to switch everything over I would have to get a new planter. I have heard you can get as much as 10% yield increase and better weed control. I have a kemper head on my chopper so cutting it is no problem.
