Subject: Fighting my foam marker

I know, foam sucks, get a lightbar. I just cant justify one for a couple-hundred acres of spraying a year. Thing gave me a fit last year until I uped the amount of soap, then it worked good. Same thing this year, only upping soap didnt fix. Same water out of same hydrant as last year, only new jug of soap. Can you have to much soap? It makes runny foam that just splats whenit hits the ground. Got my corn ground all sprayed but know I wont be able to see it in the stalks, so, any sugestions? Gona try diferent soap this week. RHS foamer with knob turned all the way both directions, dosent change anything. Anybody got a good used cheap lightbar for sale? TIA.
