Dunnell MN | Engine derates for lack of a better term, when pushed past approx 30-40% load. Usually above 2000 rpms. If the accelerator is let off it will "catch" again and I can push it to less than 35% load. (pedal about 35% pushed down). When it "derates" it will not maintain speed.
What could it be? Pretty sure it is not tranny or turbo it seems like electronic?
It has a new fuel filter.
