Subject: Accucount JD sensors

Central Illinois
We added two rows to our 24 row planter to make a 26 row (for seed corn). We tied the seed tube sensor power supply of each extra row (one on each side) to the one beside it.. each row however has its own signal wire... Now we are having problems with the two rows on each end of the planter... is it possible that the voltage is being pulled down trying to run two rows?? if so how many volts does a accucount sensor need?? can a sensor handle 12 volts if we choose to supply (the extra rows) its own power instead of tying to the next row??

Thanks
