Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums. | They're spreading fert with a Deere 4940 here. It has the new leader body, twin bin. Worked fine yesterday. Today it can't read the spinner speed. So it won't can't be used. They changed the sensor under the spinner. Still nothing. Deere says usually a bad sensor will show fluctuating speeds, this just says zero. The machine is brand spanking new. No corrosion. What would you check next. Hammer? Seems like they'd have a manual mode so a sensor wouldn't hold up progress. Electronics.......
