Subject: Gas engine

MB, Canada
I have an old, old International gas powered fork lift and I continously fowl plugs, why ? I was told the engine was re-build not too long before I brought it home. I did open it up this past winter and pistons and rings all looked good, from what I can tell. Rings had an edge to them, not rounded down at all, pistons were clean, looked brand new. Sleves were not scored or burnt any where, valves were seating properly from what I can tell. I replaced rotor, cap, wires and coil but still fowl plugs with very minimal running time. I have put the hottest running plugs in it I can buy but I think I am out of options, any advice ?
