This thing is going to be the death of me! Flexicoil 1740 twin bin cart controlled by an Insight, chased troubles for 2 days trying to get it going and Finally figured out both of the Teejet electric motors on the variable rate drives were bad, replaced them both and they operate now, BUT, Channel one does perfect (front bin) and Channel 2 (rear Bin) takes about 10 seconds to start turning on. I switched the electric motors and the problem did not follow. All the settings are identical for the 2 channels and I carefully indexed the hyd. valve to insure that it's right on the edge of turning on. Just takes forever for the electric motor to even begin moving while the other one opens when you flip the switch like it should. The way it is now I'd just have to leave the rear bin running when turning around because it takes about 200 feet before it starts putting out, any ideas?
