Queensland | My JD AMS guy came around today to set up the autotrac in our 9750STS. We installed the autotrac kit ourselves to save money and because i`m fussy with my machines. He installed the SSU controller serial number/machine number etc with steller support so the SSU is comunicating with the CAN system but he cannot get his Service advisor to connect with the harvester. (I think that`s how he explained it to me.) Can anyone help with what might be the problem? His put a D-tec(i think that`s the right wording) to JD so hopefully he heres back soon to get it sorted out.
