I just came in the house to check the markets & e-mails & I see I got an e-mail from Menards. I opened it up was surprised to see they have some "Great Deals On Prime Locations For Minnesota Residential Developments"! I never knew they were into selling lots before. I assume one of their stipulations is you have to use their building matereials when building your house :-).
Is Menards in the real estate business now?
