| I want to physically drive around my fields and make a boundry on my Greenstar 2600 Display using my Gator, Starfire, and 2600 display. Then when it is time to plant, set the off-set from the boundry and plant (half of planter + 15 inches). My question is will the boundry stay "put" with satellite drift using SF2? Or do I need RTK? It just seems this would be easier than switching A/B lines on all sides of each field. My A/B lines don't stay where they are from one time to the next with SF2, so I am guessing the boundry will not either. If the boundry is locked in, then I don't have to re-center the A/B line from the adjoining property line. Looking for information from you guys with a lot more knowledge than I have. Maybe I am making this too difficult!! Thank you. | |
