Subject: Wondering if I have enough battery juice...

KY
Been running field perimeters with the Cruizer in a tractor this week. It's rained some and I have some ground I still need to run that will be prone to cutting down in right now. Thought I'd toss the cruizer on the ATV and float on over it all. Turns out my acc. plug was dead, in a bit of a hurry at the time so I grabbed one of those acc. sockets with the alligator clip leads on it and rolled. Got to the first field and unloaded, plugged up the cruizer, nothing happened. Figured my socket was shot. Plugged in a spotlight, worked like a charm. Plugged the cruizer back in, nothing. Plugged it in to the truck and it fired right up. Does an ATV battery not have the juice to run a GPS? Kind of surprised, just picked up a brand new Exide ATV battery for north of $70 the day before and can't believe it starts the machine, runs a 2 mill. candle spotlight at full bright and won't even power up the raven screen.
