Our shop has plywood sheeting walls that are painted white. The paint is getting a little dull so we want to repaint it to brighten it up. The original paint was a latex. Has anyone painted oil over latex before? Temperatures in the shop range from 50-80 degrees during the year. I don't want to go to all the work only to find out the overcoat starts flaking off.
