I am trying to figure out how much I should charge to rent out parking spaces in my barn. I have a 12,000 sq. ft. barn that is not temp controlled, but I would like to start renting out parking space in it. I have about 12 large doors that can easily fit campers, or large equipment in it. Could you please tell me what going rates are in Ohio? Thanks.
