Subject: Spreader Control Valve

South Australia
Looking at buying one of these spreaders

http://www.gyral.com.au/ProductRange/SpreadersSilage/BeltSpreaders/...

The spreader has a hydraulic drive belt and spinners and according to the specs for optimum performance it uses 35 litres per minute or 9.4 gallons per minute.

I want to put a PVG valve on the motor that runs the belt so i can so the belt down and speed it up to vary my rates.

Can anyone recommend a valve that can do this running on 12 volt? How much should this valve cost. Factory fit it is quite expensive ($3200) but I think this is because they are buying it through Topcon rather than a hydraulic specialist.

Cheers for your help.
