Subject: Wheat Sales Terms?

Since I have never grown or sold wheat before I have a few questions about the terms and practices of mills.  This is in California's southern San Joaquin Valley.  Some things seem obvious, but not all.  This was Blanca Grande, a hard white winter wheat.

A) Dockage (varied from 1.1% to .4%)  Is this trash in the wheat?

B) CWGA (a deduct of .5./CWT)  I have no idea what this is.

C) We presold 135 tons at $170/ton and had 43 tons more when harvested which sold for $198/ton.  The mill apparently goes by the nearest truckload, because all we got at the higher price was 60419 lbs, or one truckload.  There was a clause in the contract that stated "52000 POUND MINIMUM FOR SELLER'S ACCOUNTS"  Is this how they can do that?

I do not intend to gripe to the mill, with 54 acres and 178 total tons, it probably would not work, but I would like to know if this is normal.
