Subject: Does anyone have 2 sinks in their kitchen?

Blooming where I am planted!

I've often thought it would be great to have two, 2-compartment sinks in a kitchen to improve efficiency.  Like right now--I have dishes drying in one side of my sink, and veggie peelings that need to be emptied from the other side, then more dishes to hand wash.  Would be great to have another sink to, say, empty boiling water from the sink into when I'm cooking noodles, or when you're canning, etc.  One sink to me never seems to be enough.  Anyone else think this too, and/or have more than one sink in the kitchen?
