Where is the best place to buy forage oats in kansas? I am thinking about drilling some into some failed double crop ground. I need to have some rain before I do anything, but if that comes I am going to move forward. With hay prices where they are, and failing pasture I need to think outside the box over the next year to be able to keep the cattle.
