Subject: 4420 caseih sprayer

Southwest Ontario
When I am roading my sprayer and am approaching a stop or turn ahead the sprayer seams to slow down a little then surge ahead almost free wheeling when I pull the hydro handle back. I then have to turn the rotary dial back a little then pull back on the hydro handle some more and even have to throttle down or I will miss my turns or stops. This happens whether the sprayer is empty or has some product in, on the flat or on grades. This seems to be alot of back and forth hand movement to slow a machine . Is something out of adjustment? Only 300 hours on machine.
