South Central Kansas, Harper County | Finally, received some much appreciated moisture early this morning, 2.25" and still raining slightly! Really could have used this soaker a few weeks ago, but not complaining too much!(lol) Do not think it will help the early planted soybeans that were stressing terribly, but will sure make the later planted plus DC beans perk up quite a bit. Picked some corn yesterday, 14.3% moisture, but will wait a day or so now to re-start. If you missed this rain in SC Kansas, I feel for you! |
