NW Tennessee | Looks like we may get a little break from the heat the latter part of the week, if you can call a high of 93* a break. After highs of 100*-103*, it will sure feel like one. NWS even giving a 50% chance of rain Thursday night. Now that would be great! We have been cutting pigweed 3-4 hours in the a.m. and calling it quits for the day after that. Gotta get combine and cotton picker ready sometime soon, but trying to wait till a break in this heat. | |
