I want to know what is being down/up loaded. Is there a way to tell? I think it is related to re-installing Adobe. Automatic updates from Microsoft cause an Icon to appear on a toolbar, so it is not that. McAfee security updates are not automatic. If it is Adobe, can I change it to manual updates?
