Subject: Non gmo's and black nightshade

Northwest, Ohio
I like to use Flexstar in our weed posting program since it takes care of our weed spectrum well. ALS resistant rags, velvetleaf, etc. This year with all the rain, the black nightshade came on like gangbusters as the Scepter residual is played out. 7 weeks since application of an 80% rate of Scepter, 2.3 oz. and 6 oz. of Metribuzin. The first trifoliates are just coming out in 15" rows, so I am applying generic grass control to find the rows again until the beans get just a little closer to canopy.
Question is: Should I add some Pursuit to the Flexstar? Perhaps add 2.5 oz. of Pursuit to 1 or 1.1 pint of Flexstar to take out the nightshade? Both seem to like crop oil. I think I used this years ago but can't find that record. I'll keep digging.
Burndown and low rate of residual applied April 19th, planted May 28th and many days of rain before and after.
No till into cornstalks.
