| Ordered a stainless steel top and bottom tool box from harbor freight store find out after ordering that the bottom box is out and the retail stores are not carrying it anymore but the catalog will, no problem I thought I would just order from catalog so I call and they won't honor my coupon and freight is very expensive. I have not bought stuff from the catalog for years, wondering if they run free freight specials, or their own discount coupons or anything like that?
