Subject: Removing Duals and Storage???????

I was wondering what everyones technique was for removing duals on rear tractor tires and storing them for the winter? We use skidloader and chains, but this technique scratches the wheel paint. Also lay them flat on the ground for storage, as we cant stand them up because of young kids. Seeing if there is any professional way....
