swmn | What causes the SCM update required error on a Steer Command Z2? This system was brand new last spring. Right out of the gate this year without making any changes from last year, the satellite icon on the InCommand 1200 wouldn't go green or give any kind of position with steer command enabled. We updated display software as well as the SCM and everything worked until yesterday when the controller decided to do the same thing again. I don't know the software versions off hand but I believe they were the latest as of about 6 weeks ago. This is my uncle's system, just trying to help him out a little. I'm not real familiar with Ag Leader PF equipment, we run Trimble and Precision equipment ourselves but overrated doesn't even begin to describe my thoughts on this Steer Command setup that everyone seems to rave about. | |
