ACS bought Sidney from Holly in the early 2000s and from what I can find, neither ACS or the farmers liked each other. At Sidney you contracted acres since...as far back as I can find, there never was shares in recent history. Many people said ACS never put more money than absolutely necessary into Sidney, where Holly always did, so the plant is in a poor state.
