Subject: Verdict on no-till soybeans, open furrow?

I see that there is a similar recent post, but this applies specifically to Verdict (already purchased). Furrows for the most part closed well enough that germination wouldn't be an issue, just enough open or partially closed that the application of Verdict worries me. No rain over 0.25" forecast over the next 10 days. Last half of the 10 day is windy. Planted yesterday, 1-1.5" deep.

Looking for any practical experience as to what happens if Verdict is washed into the furrow? Will it prevent germination or only stunt the growth? If stunted, does it outgrow it?
