western nd | A local farmer purchased certified seed wheat from a local elevator. He seeded the wheat than found out the elavtor messed up and gave him a different variety than he wanted. They fessed up to it. He even received the certification papers for it but turns out it was a completely different variety. How liable is the elevator for this. If the variety he seeded yields less than the variety he wanted what steps can he take to get compensation from the elavator? What would you do in this situation? | |
