What the the best kind of pump for applying 28%? Hypro centrifugal or John blue piston? Hypro is much cheaper, but would need the flow meter/controller, which I have. The John Blue is much more expensive.
max rate would be 20 ac x 40 gal/ac =800/60= around 13 gpm.
