Subject: Want to add grease zerk banks to combine...what tubing to use?

EC Illinois / WC Indiana

Did some looking last summer and can't really seem to find a DIY system for the tubing.
Can get small hydraulic hoses made but way too pricy. Could do metal tubing but would need to transition to flexible hose at some grease points.
Anyone have some suggestions?
