I am clearing out the freezer and found a package of club steak. I have a couple of t-bones that I'm going to grill and would like to grill the club steak at the same time. I use a gas grill and am perfectly happy with the results when I grill sirloin or t-bone but honestly I'm not familiar with club steak. Can I treat it like sirloin, I don't want complicated. Normally we sprinkle the steaks with Kalmes steak seasoning, on both sides and let them sit for a few hours prior to grilling. Nobody has ever had anything but praise for the steaks done this way. |
