Subject: Jd 6320 clutch debris in hydraulic oil

North Alabama

Got a 6320, 24 speed auto quad trans 4x4 recently purchased with 4000 hrs. Got it home changed all fluids and filters hydraulic oil was nasty with lots of friction material in the sump screen, cleaned it all out and put it back to work then maybe 20 hrs later the hydraulic filter light comes on the dash. Drain fluid again nasty oil more junk in the sump screen. So instead of another $200 in oil and $100 in filters I pulled the brakes off, minor delamination on the disks but not enough to be the issue. Then went into the pto clutch nothing wrong with the friction disks but someone has been into it before. Pulled 4x4 clutch maybe found the problem there is no friction on the disk, not even any signs. I wonder if there's supposed to be? Or is it a steel on steel clutch? Everything on the tractor worked flawless. Thanks in advance
