Bought a new to me planter, JD 7200. Old planter was a 7000.

Planted about 250 acres, did not know there was a  on/off lever on the insecticide boxes.

Anyways, 8 bags of refuge corn was planted, without insecticide.

We are in a very bad area of rootworm damage.

Cousin, advice is to replant (no seed) shallow,  to put down insecticide.

Over the top spray on insecticide, not too reliable

I have RTK, but the seed planted is about 7 days in ground, maybe 3-4 days before re-insecticide app., (cold wet conditions)

New " Snit" problem for this year.
