I just used a single bolt to hold the chain drag arms in place to the side of the closing wheel bracket. Seem to stay in place pretty well with the single bolt attachment. 
Also for final assembly I used a threaded link connector instead of the crush link connectors to attach the chains to the pull arms. These pictures are prior to installation of Dawn Curvetines but the drag chain setup has remained the same.
