Looking for someone with mechanical and farm equipment operation experience. CDL and metal fabrication experience a plus.

1600 ac certified organic farm with extensive seed production and grain processing aspects. Processing vegetable opportunities but as of yet have not had the labor to pursue. We run a small tight knit team, usually 3-4 full time and a seasonal intern. 2500-2700 hrs/ yr. but can be flexible during the winter

Must be self motivated
