This is a Sears and Roebuck running gears with a David Bradley flare side box on top of it. We haven't used it in quite a few years and it could use some TLC. The all steel flare side box has some rust and has been patched a few places. It has a tail gate but I haven't tried to open it to see how/if it works.

The running gears are Sears & Roebuck. The identification placard is hard to read and has a hole drilled through it, but I think it may be a model 700-455. It has five bolt wheels although you would probably want to put new tires on if you were going to do some serious hauling. I'm not sure why, but several of the lug nuts are missing on each of the wheels, so you might want to haul it home instead of driving it home depending on how far you are going.
